Hey y’all! Blog’s been a bit quiet lately. Apologies. I come bearing a few updates, however!
Along with the new story I posted on Patreon last month, I started work on a new D&D adventure module, tentatively called Finding Gruumsh. The basic gist of it is something has happened with the orc pantheon that’s affecting the orcs themselves as well. So Luthic, in her wisdom, calls for champions to help right it. If you’d like to see the full rundown, as well as the story, it’s just $1 to read that and everything else I’ve posted. I finished off the month by unveiling my overhaul for the Berserker barbarian.
Next, I’m VERY happy to announce that the GoFundMe for my dental work was fully funded! I raised all $1500 I needed and I’m in the process of getting fillings before finishing off with a partial denture. I’m really looking forward to that and not stabbing my mouth anymore while I’m chewing food.
I’m making progress on the restarted Grimluk 4. It’s going a bit slowly lately as I’ve been a combination of busy and tired and I think my juices are running a bit low lately. I’ve been thinking of re-reading The Dresden Files as a pick-me-up. I’ve also been wanting to re-read Ed Erdelac’s Merkabah Rider books but I haven’t been able to buy the new paperbacks yet (also, book 2 just re-released yesterday). I may re-read those anyways. I’ve screamed about it before but without that series, there is no Grimluk.
Finally, a new Patreon post went up this morning that finishes the second draft of my Ranger Reimagined project for fifth edition D&D. It’s been a long time coming and this 8th part introduces the new and (hopefully) improved Beast Master subclass. There’s still work to be done for the class but I’m really proud of how it’s turning out. You can view it, and download the 2nd draft document, for that aforementioned $1.
That’s all the news for now!
